We meet in a warm pool to slow down, and share the pleasure of moving together and being supported by water.

This practice can bring a very unique experience of connection, deep rest, and dance that may feel very different from what we already know. Water changes the way we meet each other and creates a very special sense of lightness, and freedom.

Because we are in the pool, places are limited, and registration is required.
