In this class we will explore the art of falling: letting go of control, giving our weight to the floor and to each other, and discovering that the ground is not the enemy but a partner.
We will play with rolling, sliding and landing softly, learning to listen to momentum and trust the body's own intelligence. When we stop fearing the fall, the dance opens up.
