Discovered on Todo.Today, for more events in Koh Phangan
Join our Yoga Nidra class every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday at 12:30 PM.💫
Yoga Nidra offers great benefits for those suffering from stress, anxiety, depression, and lack of sleep.
It restores our energy levels, counteracts the effects of stress, and helps release what's no longer serving you. From a state of deep relaxation, you can heal, restore and awaken to your true potential.
No registration required. Please pay at the reception before the class. We accept cash or payments by QR code. We provide mats and all necessary props.
