SKETCHBOOK CLUB 🎨

A 90-minute creative journey to reconnect with yourself.

Creativity opens a kind of wisdom beyond logic. Through drawing, coloring, and creating without needing to get it "right," we connect with our intuition, find clarity, and discover fresh perspectives.

What we'll explore:

🌿 Sketchbook journaling every Thursday

🎨 Creative prompts to spark new ideas

🌸 Expressing thoughts and emotions through art

✨ Finding calm, clarity, and connection

💗 Creating intuitive art to take home

Our Flow:

We begin by grounding in the body, explore guided creative exercises, and share insights in a supportive space.

Who is it for?

Especially for those who think, "I'm not creative!" All levels are welcome.

Bring: Your sketchbook or journal and favorite art supplies. Shared materials are provided.

Not art therapy, but a nourishing space to explore, express, and simply be with yourself.
