3-hour exploration in a warm pool
Project by Somatic Waters Koh Phangan
When: Saturday, November 7
Where: in a warm pool (36 degrees) in Sri Thanu.
We'll explore movement above and below the surface, buoyancy, breath, underwater orientation, and essential principles of moving together with others.
The practice is slow, playful and non-sexual. No previous experience with dance or swimming is needed.
