The Untethered Couple - an exploration of how an intimate relationship can become a path of spiritual development, a true yoga of awakening.

Drawing on modern neuroscience, we'll discover something both humbling and liberating: we are prisoners of out own predictions. We never truly meet our partner directly - we meet them through the constant stream of predictions our brain generates about who they are and what they mean.

Some predictions paint our partner darker than reality. Others paint them brighter. Either way, the encounter is never direct.

Every form of suffering in a relationship does not arise from reality, from the relationship, or from what our partner is doing.

It always arises from what our brain predicts - and the silent categories it places them into.

It's going to be a fascinating year of growth and discovery
