Every Wednesday and Sunday, the ocean sets the tempo. 🌊
This is not a regular sound healing session. We play handpan, Tibetan and crystal bowls, and gong in an order built on music theory, so the whole thing becomes one journey instead of a set of random sounds.
No experience needed. Just lie back, breathe, and let the vibrations do the work.
The terrace sits five minutes from Lamai beach, in the forest above the sea. The birds and the water stay part of the session instead of something we shut out. It is covered, so we play in the rain.
Two evenings a week means you no longer have to arrange your week around one. Pick the one that suits you..
