ToDo.Today is a community-driven platform designed to connect people through local experiences and events, empowering digital nomads, travelers, and residents alike to explore and engage with their surroundings.
Our mission is simple: “For the community, By the community”—fostering meaningful connections through shared experiences. We rely on your submissions to keep this vibrant and dynamic community thriving.
Submission Guidelines:
📅 Submit window for events is from 2 weeks before the event. For maximum visibility, create your events at least 2-3 days before.
🚫 Submission Deadline: Submissions close at 5 PM the day before the event. Events submitted later will be marked as Late Submissions and may not be featured.
✍️ Concise and Clear Event Titles: Make sure people can quickly understand what your event is about. Well-crafted titles and descriptions can help attract a bigger audience.
🔄 Not all events will be featured in the WhatsApp digest due to message length limits. However, events that receive the status Published on Web will be featured on ToDo.Today
📍 Priority is given to events submitted by the creators and hosted at venues. Private events in residences will generally not be listed.
🔗 External Links (optional): You can include links to your event page, ticket site, or other relevant pages, but they’re not required.
🖼️ Event Image/Banner Required: Including a visual representation for your event increases visibility and engagement.
⏰ Accuracy of Details: Ensure that all details are correct when you submit, as daily messages on WhatsApp cannot be updated after submission.
📩 No direct messaging to group admins for event submissions or updates. Please use the platform’s submission process.
Event Types: Private events are generally not listed. Public community events are prioritized for better engagement. We currently only feature daily events and we do not feature multiple days evnets/Retreats
