Source of Events: Events listed are either submitted by event organizers or sourced from third-party platforms.
Accuracy: ToDo.Today does not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or quality of events. It is the responsibility of users to verify event details directly with organizers.
Changes or Cancellations: Events may change or be canceled without notice. ToDo.Today is not liable for any inconvenience caused.
5. Paid Services
ToDo.Today plans to introduce paid services to the platform, applicable to both users and event creators:
For Event Creators:
Event boosting (higher visibility, emphasized posts, inclusion in WhatsApp/Telegram notifications).
Monthly subscription plans.
For Registered Users (VIP Club):
Early access to future events.
Discounts and exclusive benefits.
Favorites and reminders for marked events.
Subscriptions available in daily, weekly, or monthly plans.
Subscriptions can be canceled at any time. After cancellation, Organizers or Users will continue to have access to the paid services until the end of the period they paid for.All payments are non-refundable unless specified otherwise.
6. User Conduct
By using our services, you agree not to:
Post misleading, inappropriate, or offensive content.
Violate any laws or infringe on the rights of others.
Use automated means to access the Site without permission.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on ToDo.Today, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by ToDo.Today or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce or distribute content without explicit permission.ToDo.Today is not responsible for images or content uploaded by event creators or sourced from third-party platforms. We encourage claimants to provide detailed information about the alleged infringement to facilitate a thorough review.Organizers warrant that they hold all rights necessary to upload and promote their events and content and agree to indemnify ToDo.Today against any claims arising from intellectual property disputes.

ToDo.Today provides services "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability or suitability of our Site and services.
9. Limitation of Liability
ToDo.Today and its affiliates will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Site or services.

In the interest of resolving disputes efficiently, any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the use of the Platform, or the services will be resolved by binding arbitration. Arbitration will be conducted in accordance with the rules of the ICC arbitration institution. Place of arbitration will be in Tel-Aviv, Israel.Notwithstanding the above, you retain the right to pursue claims in small claims court or seek injunctive relief for intellectual property infringement. For arbitration, both parties will equally share the costs of the arbitrator, and a mutually agreeable arbitrator will be appointed.If you have any disputes or claims, please provide written notice to ToDo.Today at [email protected]. We will make good faith efforts to resolve the issue amicably before proceeding to arbitration.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Tel-Aviv, Israel
