We explain everything from the very beginning and explore all the important details.

In this class we will explore:

• weight & gravity

• how to overcome the fear of physical contact

• how to learn lifts and support each other

• how to move with more freedom and awareness

And much more - about technique and what exists beyond technique.

After the class we will continue with a Contact Improvisation Jam:
