Every Monday
Open Level · 4:30-5:30 PM
Advanced Level · 5:30-7:00 PM
Open Level · 4:30-5:30 PM
A space to enter improvisation through simple scores, attention, perception, coordination and choice. Open to beginners and experienced movers who want to return to the basics, play and explore.
Every session introduces new improvisation scores and compositional tools that gradually become part of your solo. It's less about inventing movement and more about uncovering what is already uniquely yours.
No professional dance experience required.
Advanced Level · 5:30-7:00 PM
For dancers and movers with previous experience who want to go deeper into improvisation, composition, group attention and performative practice.
This group also has a longer-term direction: as the practice develops and the group comes together, we'll explore creating a performance from the material we build in class.
Come for the practice. Stay for the research. Maybe we make something together.
