Through Authentic Relating and shadow work, we'll explore how we listen, express ourselves and connect. Guided exercises, movement, conversation and moments of play offer space to notice your patterns and explore new possibilities. ✨
Practise listening with curiosity, speaking honestly and making room for both vulnerability and boundaries.
