A space to soften self-judgment, reconnect with your body, and share an afternoon of movement and connection with other women.

We'll begin with grounding practices, then move into guided somatic dance with Aviva's ecstatic dance DJ set. Follow your own rhythm-move gently, dance freely, or pause and simply breathe.

Afterwards, we'll gather over tea for a sharing circle, with space to speak, listen, and feel supported. 🤍
