Each workshop will have different cultured f&b like : vegan kimchi, golden Balinese sauerkraut, edamame tempeh, durian & jackfruit seeds tempeh, coconut milk kefir, fermented garlic, kombucha, kvass, beet kvass, Bulgarian yoghurt, tepache, cucumber relish, tomato sauce, paya-racha sauce, natto, koji vegetables, cacao, sourdough bread.
🌿 Plus a microbiome mini-lecture: What feeds your gut (and what harms it) How to care for your microbiome daily. Which fermented foods to eat - and how much?
