The Heart Remembers: Cacao, Mantra & Sound Journey
Book NowDiscovered on Todo.Today, for more events in Uluwatu
Join us for a gentle, heart-opening evening in which ceremonial cacao, sacred mantra, and the healing vibrations of Himalayan singing bowls come together to create a deeply meditative experience.
We begin by sharing a cup of ceremonial cacao, an ancient plant medicine traditionally used to support connection and an open heart. As we slowly sip the cacao, live mantras, accompanied by the harmonium, will gently fill the space. You are warmly invited to simply listen, meditate, or join in the chanting if it feels natural. No previous experience is needed.
As the mind begins to settle and the heart gently opens, we transition into a guided sound healing journey. Resting comfortably, you will be immersed in the therapeutic vibrations of Himalayan singing bowls and other carefully selected instruments, allowing the body and nervous system to unwind and enter a state of deep meditation and relaxation.
Come exactly as you are no experience is needed. Simply bring an open heart and a notebook for a few moments of reflection and journaling at the end of the journey.
