🎶 Voice Opening Ceremony 🎶

A small, intimate gathering to slow down, listen inward, and gently release the voice.

This is a space for exploring the connection between body, breath, awareness and voice - allowing sound to emerge naturally, without pressure to perform or "sound good".

Through gentle somatic practices, breath, vocalising, sounding and singing, we'll bring more awareness to the body and explore what happens when we soften, release, and give the voice more space to move.

The group is intentionally small, creating a safe and intimate space for personal exploration and shared presence.
