Every single night of the week, the world's first Muay Thai stadium puts on a full fight card. Opened in 1945, Rajadamnern is where the modern sport was shaped: the first circular ring, the first ranking system, the first championship belt. Fighting here is still considered the highest honour in Muay Thai.
Each night belongs to a different promotion:
Mon, Tue, Fri: Rajadamnern Knockout. Seven bouts, three rounds each, an 80% knockout rate.
Wed: New Power. Traditional five-round format alongside the biggest legal public betting scene in the sport.
Thu: Petchyindee. Eight technical five-round bouts from one of Thailand's longest-standing promotions.
Sat: Rajadamnern World Series. The flagship elite tournament, broadcast worldwide, with open scoring after every round and free-flowing beer all night.
Sun: Kiatpetch. Nine bouts mixing three and five-round formats.
Expect the live sarama orchestra rising with the action, the Wai Kru ritual before every fight, and a dome projection running through 1,000 years of Muay Thai history. Nights run three to four hours.
Doors open 5:00 PM on Wed, Thu and Sun, and 6:00 PM on Mon, Tue, Fri and Sat. First bell is one hour after doors.
Seating runs from the Leo Section in among the local crowd, up through Club Class and Ringside at the ropes, to VIP lounges and the Saturday-only panoramic balcony.
