Aerial Yin

Experience a unique blend of relaxation and tranquility during an Aerial Yin class. Utilizing the support of a low-hanging aerial hammock, this class combines elements of relaxing yoga poses, meditation, sound healing, or yoga nidra. Each session is designed by our teacher, who will select different elements to create a calm and meditative experience.

In Aerial Yin, the hammock gently cradles your body, providing a soft cocoon for gentle poses and deep relaxation. Whether you're floating in a meditative state, enjoying the soothing sounds of healing instruments, or melting into a restful Yoga Nidra deep relaxation journey, this class offers a peaceful escape from the stresses of everyday life.
