Women's Circle

Discovered on Todo.Today, for more events in Canggu

Come join if you’re craving a space to slow down and connect more deeply with yourself. If you want to be witnessed without judgment, to share honestly and to reconnect with what feels true for you.

In these circles, psychology meets community through gentle practices, authentic sharing, and somatic tools. Together, we explore what it means to come home to ourselves in the company of other women.

Benefits:

• Deeper connection to yourself, to others and to home.

Experience:

Heal what’s behind you that still tugs at your present and come home to yourself by learning to regulate your inner world. From that grounded, alive place, your relationships can’t help but transform. I call it repatterning the past, regulating the self, and relating securely. This is the pathway to the kind of love and connection every human secretly craves.
