Each posture flows mindfully into the next, guided by intentional inhales and exhales that create a moving meditation.
This practice encourages you to slow down, listen and reconnect to your breath.
As we synchronize breath with movement, we invite calm into the body and mind. It is a dynamic yet soothing experience that roots in deep inner stillness.
