Yoga Fusion: Traditional Ashtanga, Yin, & Yoga Philosophy
Enjoy a fusion yoga class to explore mind / body connection while learning subtle aspects of yoga with a taste of yoga philosophy, traditional Mysore style ashtanga, & yin followed by short meditation & reflection. Mysore style traditional ashtanga is an energizing, quiet, and slowly- guided self practice while yin is a restorative, relaxing, & releasing practice to help bring balance. Each class includes a short talk, guided self inquiry, and meditation based on yoga philosophy to facilitate deepening self awareness. This class is for any one interested in expanding their yoga knowledge and mind / body connection. It is for of all ages and flexibility levels; beginners or people in need of modification due to injury. Deniz is authorized ashtanga teacher of S. Jois, SYC Mysore & RYT 500.
