Kundalini Yoga is an amazing tool to ground you, balance your energy, deepen your intuition, connect you to your inner truth.

We work a lot with the breath, chant mantras, and do repetitive movements that gradually guide you into a deeper state of awareness.

Each class begins with a gentle yet powerful full-body warm-up that awakens the entire spine and all the chakras. Then we move into a different kriya each time, followed by a long, deep Shavasana and an 11-minute meditation to finish.
