We begin with a grounding tea ceremony, moving through somatic exploration and Authentic Relating to drop beneath our stories and honor the body's innate wisdom.

In this special edition of Loss & Found, we will also integrate a Contact Improvisation embodied laboratory/performance-bringing J. Krishnamurti's vision of true relationship and Pema Chodron's teachings on "letting go" and "uncertainty as practice" and directly onto the floor.
